The T90-2H/3DD is capable of tensioning 1,2 or 3 conductors with infinite variable tensioning control.
The unit is mounted on a towable tandem rigid axle trailer with front axle brakes. Control panel allows independent control of two hydraulic circuits with master tension control.
The bullwheels axis are tilted with respect to each other so that the grooves of each bullwheel are in-line rather than offset by 1/2 groove as found on basic tensioners. This special arrangement prevents potential damaging rolling or twisting of the conductor.
Bullwheels are direct driven by modern totally enclosed planetary gearboxes, with gears running in an oil bath totally protected from environmental dirt or contamination.
